 If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from Maria De Sio's Secure Online Store, simply return the item(s) within 7-days of receipt in the original packaging for a full refund, minus all shipping charges. Prior to returning any item, you must send en email to returns@mds.la to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any merchandise returned without such a number will not be accepted as a returned item. Any item(s) purchased from our Secure Online Store that has suffered excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, or any item(s) that have been modified by someone other than Maria De Sio or members of her staff, may not be returned. Any item that has been purchased as a "special order" may not be returned unless damaged in shipping. If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at returns@mds.la. The carrier will inspect and pick-up the damaged package and a determination will be made as to who is responsible for the damage. After a determination has been made, you will receive notice from either Maria De Sio Skin Care or the carrier in question regarding the repair of the item(s), if possible, or a refund due you, if any.
